Pricing

Four things set the price

In quality software a per-seat figure is not a price on its own: at the same head count, two organisations differ in operating load depending on how many sites they run and which standards they open. Below is what each axis changes and why.

Axes

What drives the price

1

Number of users

The people who will log in. Worth stressing: this is not "how many quality specialists you have". In BellaKYS the landing screen is a task list; anyone assigned a task, asked to read a document or receiving a notification is a user. Production supervisors, maintenance leads and buyers count too.

2

Sites and scope

Record-level scope isolation means, in a multi-site group, that a site sees its own data and not the other's. A second site is not a copy of the first: it carries its own document tree, its own audit programme and its own indicator set.

3

Sector profiles

The core is ISO 9001. Switching on a profile brings that standard's additional requirements into the business rules: a separate document tree, a separate audit programme and a separate indicator set.

Each additional profile is priced at a flat monthly rate; how many you switch on goes into the calculator below.

For other standards the profile mechanism ships in the box; the clause tree is imported from your own copy of the standard. The product does not reproduce ISO text — that text is copyrighted.

4

Deployment model

Cloud (hosted in Türkiye) or your own server. The same code base; there is no separate on-premise edition to maintain. The difference is operational responsibility: on your own server, scheduling backups, retention and copying them off the machine are yours.

On-premise is priced at a ×1.2 multiplier.

Implementation

The built-in content library (document templates, audit checklists, risk library, indicator set) shortens implementation but does not remove it. Defining scope and the organisation, migrating your existing documents and wiring up ERP/time-attendance are separate work. We aim to have the core modules in pilot use within 10 weeks.

Included

  • All core modules — they are not sold separately.
  • Version upgrades.
  • The built-in ISO content library.
  • The supplier portal — no per-seat charge for your suppliers.
  • Interface in five languages.

Charged separately

  • Quality consultancy — writing your document content is a separate service.
  • Certification body fees.
  • On-premise server, backup storage and operations.
  • Official copies of the standards — those come from the standards body.
